• Manage and prioritize capability backlog in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
• Evaluate and implement access control strategies for fine-grained data access
• Address compliance, copyright, and informed consent issues related to image storage
• Coordinate with tech leads, architects, and testers to align delivery with business needs

Requirements

• Background in DICOM and non-DICOM image management and processing
• Product Owner experience with central service delivery models
• Experience reconciling stakeholder priorities and managing dependencies
• Exposure to image analysis projects and associated imaging requirements
• Knowledge of access control mechanisms and compliance governance
