Job summary

Avandra Imaging, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap and execution of its image exchange platform.

You will shape how enterprise imaging products move data between providers, patients, and health systems, and drive adoption across our growing network. The ideal candidate has deep experience in enterprise imaging, understands PACS, DICOM and data interoperability, and has brought healthcare software from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in product management, preferably in healthcare tech.
• Experience building enterprise healthcare software products.
• Deep understanding of enterprise imaging workflows (PACS, VNA, DICOM, image exchange).
• Proven ability to lead products from concept through launch.
• Ability to translate complex patient/workflow needs into intuitive software solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with Agile experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Avandra’s Enterprise Imaging portfolio.
• Write clear product requirements and user stories translating customer problems into engineering work.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and leadership to deliver products.
• Engage with health systems and imaging centers to capture workflows and market needs.
• Define success metrics and monitor product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
