AuraOne is seeking a meticulous Image Segmentation Evaluator to review model outputs against a versioned rubric. This remote contractor role focuses on labeling edge cases, writing rationales, and providing structured feedback for retraining.

You'll compare paired responses, tag inaccuracies, and calibrate your work against gold standards each week. Applicants should have prior annotation experience and be available asynchronously for at least 10 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on image segmentation evaluation or adjacent content for Image Segmentation Evaluator work.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate image segmentation evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags for Image Segmentation Evaluator assignments.
• Compare paired responses and pick the stronger answer with a written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
