Job summary

ProSidian Seeks an Independent Engineering Program Manager for the DOE/LPO portfolio. Lead technical due diligence, lifecycle monitoring, and credit evaluation across nationwide projects, coordinating with engineering, legal, finance, and operations stakeholders.

Remote work with on-site meetings supported from CONUS, reporting to IE Advisory Services governance. The role requires 15+ years in energy infrastructure and strong program management, delivering lender-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in energy infrastructure, engineering advisory, project finance, program management or independent engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams, client delivery, and senior stakeholder engagement for federal or lender programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides independent engineering advisory support for EDF program technical due diligence, credit evaluation, lifecycle monitoring, and assurance activities.
• Manages IE advisory workstreams, task orders, quality, and stakeholder interface; coordinates with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations and environmental teams.
• Supports conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews; prepares task order plans, meeting cadence, deliverable registers, performance reporting, and issue escalation.
