Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. seeks an experienced Manager, Identity & Trust Engineering to lead strategy, engineering, and operational maturity of enterprise identity and security platforms across authentication, PAM, PKI, and secrets management.

You will guide architecture, automation, and lifecycle management while partnering with Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to enable scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
• Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested.
• 5 years - Experience leading teams of technical resources in diverse disciplines is required.
• 5 years - Experience in information security or related field is required.
• 3 years- Experience in Security Engineering or in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security technologies.
• Develop and report metrics to measure the security program's efficiency and maturity.
• Provide subject matter expertise on security standards such as NIST, PCI, ISO 27001, MAR.
• Collaborate with CISO and leadership to present security status and drive risk reduction.
