Job summary

FM Global is seeking a Spring 2025 Identity Services Specialist Co-op to join the Identity and Directory Services Team. This full-time 6-month term focuses on Microsoft AD, MFA, SSO, PKI, and related identity technologies.

You will support day-to-day operations, ticket queues, and change requests while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise identity management. Remote US-based with some travel to Johnston, RI, for onboarding and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fortune 1000-scale enterprise identity and directory services experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.
• Current student in relevant degree program with remote internship ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations for identity and directory services (e.g., Microsoft AD).
• Support MFA setup and account restoration tasks.
• Handle tickets from service desk and process change requests.
• Work with SSO and identity federation technologies.
• Contribute to Active Directory domain services and federation services initiatives.
