Job summary

Computer World Services, Corp. seeks a Senior Active Directory / Identity Engineer to own and sustain the AD DS environment for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. The role covers domain services, OUs, GPOs, trusts, replication, and recovery, with a focus on secure identity governance.

The engineer will evaluate ICAM capabilities, including Okta integrations, and collaborate with cybersecurity, Service Desk, systems, cloud, and Government identity stakeholders on modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years of AD engineering / identity experience.
• Hands-on MS AD DS administration in enterprise environments.
• Experience troubleshooting AD authentication, GPOs, replication, and trusts.
• Experience testing identity integrations (Okta, ICAM).
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain USMEPCOM AD DS domain, OU, sites, trusts, and GPO plans.
• Install, configure, and recover AD DS; manage directory objects.
• Design OU structure; manage permissions with least privilege.
• Develop and test GPOs; assess security impact before production.
• Configure domain/forest trusts; monitor replication and health.
• Plan domain controller lifecycle and schema governance.
• Support identity incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Test AD-Okta integration and identity platforms.
• Automate directory administration and reporting; apply DISA STIGs.
