Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking an Identity Governance & Administration Operations Engineer for a remote contract engagement in the United States. The role focuses on operating and supporting the IGA platform, with on-call escalation and cross-team collaboration to maintain system health and meet SLAs.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Saviynt IGA experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with SQL and JSON payloads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment, and support of identity management and governance products in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on Saviynt IGA platform experience including administration, troubleshooting, integrations, and operational support.
• Strong troubleshooting with log analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Experience creating SQL queries and working with JSON payloads and APIs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow incident management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and support of the company’s IGA platform
• Provide Level 2 support, ensuring system stability and reliability
• Collaborate with IT teams and service partners on system health and incident resolution
• Maintain system configurations, operating procedures, and support documentation
• Assist in technical architecture and design discussions
• Support post-go-live operations to meet SLAs
• Debug and research technical issues, serving as an on-call escalation resource
• Participate in small/medium-scale projects supporting business initiatives
• Contribute to onboarding new solutions and overall platform health
