Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Saviynt IGA Engineer to support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration initiatives. The role focuses on Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud deployment, onboarding apps, and configuring access governance in hybrid environments across Irving, TX or Columbus, OH.

You will collaborate with IAM/IGA teams, develop custom Saviynt solutions using Java, and build REST API integrations, while ensuring security, compliance, and operational runbooks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IAM/IGA/Identity Management experience.
• Hands-on Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud experience.
• At least one Saviynt implementation/project completed.
• Strong experience with application onboarding and identity integrations.
• Experience with access reviews, certifications, entitlements, roles, and workflows.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with enterprise applications and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, integration, and production support skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud and IGA capabilities.
• Onboard on-premises, cloud, and SaaS apps using Saviynt connectors and custom integrations.
• Configure and manage access reviews, certifications, entitlements, roles, and access request workflows.
• Design and implement identity lifecycle and access governance workflows.
• Configure reviewer hierarchies, delegations, escalations, SLAs, and automated remediation workflows.
• Perform entitlement aggregation, reconciliation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Integrate Saviynt with ServiceNow, PAM solutions, and other identity/security systems.
• Develop and support REST API integrations and custom Saviynt solutions.
• Use Java to develop customizations, integrations, and wrappers for exposing Saviynt APIs.
• Work with databases and SQL for troubleshooting, reporting, and integrations.

• Create technical documentation, configuration guides, operational runbooks, and audit evidence.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Saviynt IGA Engineer to support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, along with strong IAM/IGA knowledge and backend development skills.

Hands-on Saviynt project experience is required. Candidates must have worked on at least one Saviynt implementation or project.

The role will focus on application onboarding, access governance, entitlement management, workflow configuration, integrations, and development of custom solutions to support enterprise identity and security requirements.

• SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow experience.
• Experience working in large-scale financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, NIST, and identity/security compliance controls.
• Experience with microservices and enterprise application integrations.
