Delphi-US - Peacemakers In The Talent War seeks a Security IDaaS Engineer to enhance and automate IAM systems in a cloud environment. The role focuses on secure authentication, authorization, IAM object management, and cross-team collaboration to strengthen security controls and incident response capabilities.

The position requires 5+ years of experience with IDaaS/IAM, OAuth/SAML, Okta, and cloud platforms, plus scripting in Postman and PowerShell.

Qualificações

• Experience with IDaaS, IDM, IGA
• Proficiency with OAuth and SAML protocols
• Hands-on with Okta and cloud platforms AWS/Azure
• Scripting and automation with Postman and PowerShell
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work experience

Responsabilidades

• Configure and optimize IAM integrations and workflows.
• Create, update and manage IAM objects such as users, groups, service accounts, and API tokens.
• Support incident management activities including rapid recovery from security incidents.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and configurations.
• Collaborate to support secure authentication, authorization and API services, reducing manual processes.
• Assist in designing and developing code for access management services.
• Contribute to continuous improvements, including change management and knowledge sharing.
