Job summary

Signature Performance seeks an IC Security Architect to lead security architecture planning for regulated SaaS, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will translate federal requirements into secure designs, establish IAM and encryption patterns, and embed DevSecOps practices across the stack.

You will coordinate with audit-ready evidence, SSPs, and risk assessments while supporting enterprise initiatives. A nationwide remote-friendly role, offering strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience translating FedRAMP Moderate/High, NIST, FIPS, HIPAA, FISMA, CMMC into secure designs and evidence.
• Deep expertise in identity, authentication, and authorization mechanisms, including passwordless and PIV/CAC.
• Ability to define authorization boundaries, trust zones, data flows, interconnections, and inheritance.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture planning for regulated SaaS and hybrid/cloud deployments.
• Design IAM, passwordless, PIV/CAC, PKI, and privileged access patterns.
• Embed SAST/SCA/DAST, SBOM, secrets management, IaC, and container security into DevSecOps.
• Define logging, SIEM, audit, and continuous monitoring requirements with operations teams.
• Develop SSPs, control narratives, and architecture diagrams.
