Job summary

Signature Performance seeks an IC Security Architect to lead security planning and design for regulated SaaS, federal enclaves, and hybrid deployments. You will translate FedRAMP Moderate/High, NIST, FIPS, HIPAA, FISMA, and other requirements into secure designs, IAM patterns, and evidence.

You will architect secure multi-cloud patterns, drive threat modeling, and embed DevSecOps across pipelines with logging, monitoring, and audit readiness. This role is remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must meet federal background/clearance requirements when applicable.
• Eight+ years in information security or security architecture in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in FedRAMP Moderate/High; NIST 800-53/171; CMMC; FIPS; HIPAA; FISMA.
• Azure/Azure Government, on-premises, hybrid, multi-cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture planning, design recommendations, and implementation guidance for regulated SaaS and federal cloud environments.
• Define authorization boundaries, trust zones, data flows, and interconnections.
• Translate security requirements into secure designs, standards, and evidence.
• Design IAM, passwordless, PIV/CAC, privileged access, and federal integrations.
• Lead threat modeling, design reviews, and risk assessments.
• Embed DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, SBOM, IaC) into pipelines.
• Define logging, SIEM, audit, and continuous monitoring requirements with responsible teams.
• Develop SSPs, control narratives, and architecture diagrams.
