Job summary

Reddy Ice is seeking Merchandiser Technicians to run preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair commercial ice merchandiser units. You will perform electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and plumbing tasks, with a company-provided service vehicle and heavy hands-on training.

This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires 2+ years of repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment, including evenings

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years repair/service experience in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or plumbing.
• Working knowledge of low voltage controls and/or programmable logic controllers.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• High school diploma or journeyman certification in relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service ice merchandiser units.
• Work across electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and HVAC tasks.
• Operate from fully-outfitted service vehicles and follow SOPs via handheld devices.
