Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced ICAM Engineer to integrate commercial cloud environments with agency IAM architectures in secure, regulated settings. You will design, deploy, secure, and operate OCI solutions while supporting identity federation, access management, Zero Trust, and cloud onboarding.

You will collaborate with Oracle personnel, government stakeholders, security teams, and technical delivery teams to implement secure identity solutions and transition cloud capabilities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management, cloud security, or cybersecurity.
• Experience integrating cloud environments with agency enterprise services and IAM.
• Experience designing, deploying, securing, and operating OCI solutions.
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise IAM platforms such as GEOAxIS.
• Experience implementing federation, SSO, MFA, and least-privilege access.
• Experience with SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of RMF, ICD 503, and authorization processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, secure, and operate OCI solutions for identity and access management.
• Integrate cloud apps with agency IAM platforms and implement federation, SSO, MFA.
• Configure authentication protocols and manage token claims and certificates.
• Apply Zero Trust principles and develop secure identity designs and procedures.
• Coordinate solution architectures and communicate risk to stakeholders.
• Support RMF, ICD 503 activities and security-control implementation.
