Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking an ICAM Cloud DevOps Engineer with a Secret Clearance to support federal government ICAM platforms. This remote role emphasizes cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices to securely deploy and operate enterprise ICAM services.

You will collaborate with ICAM architects and security teams, implement IaC, manage Okta/SailPoint configurations, and ensure compliance with federal requirements while delivering reliable, scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure automation.
• 2+ years deploying and operating enterprise IAM platforms or security-focused cloud workloads in federal DoD environments.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ICAM cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Use IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) to provision resources.
• Manage ICAM components (Okta, SailPoint) in cloud environments.
• Ensure DevSecOps practices are integrated into pipelines and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with security teams and federal stakeholders to meet DoD/NIST requirements.
• Develop documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Provide Tier 3 support for ICAM platform incidents.
