Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks an IAM Service Integration Engineer to design, implement, and onboard identity solutions such as SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, and PKI across large-scale environments.

You will collaborate with application owners to translate business needs into secure IAM integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation in a fast-paced, enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years in IAM, security engineering, identity operations, or related field.
• Hands-on with SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk.
• Solid understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather IAM requirements with stakeholders and assess readiness.
• Identify gaps between requirements and available identity capabilities.
• Onboard users and applications to IAM services (authentication flows, provisioning).
• Configure and validate IAM solutions (SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, SSO, MFA).
• Evaluate authentication methods and protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP).
• Participate in design interviews and readiness discussions for integrations.
• Validate Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and RBAC mappings.
• Document integration requirements, configurations, and workflows.
