Job summary

REKRUITD is partnering with an organization to fill an experienced IAM & SAP Security Manager for a remote opportunity focused on enterprise identity, access governance, and SAP Security initiatives.

This hands-on leadership role demands deep SAP Security with ECC and S/4HANA, plus strong IAM/IGA and Microsoft identity expertise. The successful candidate will guide governance, audits, and security programs while leading internal and outsourced security teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise IAM experience.
• Deep hands-on SAP Security with ECC and S/4HANA.
• Strong SAP GRC Access Control knowledge (SoD, roles, authorizations).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Governance.
• Experience leading security audits and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance enterprise IAM, identity governance, SAP Security, privileged access, and access certification programs.
• Provide technical leadership for SAP Security across ECC and S/4HANA, including SoD and access controls.
• Oversee SAP GRC Access Control processes and governance activities.
• Lead Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Governance capabilities, including access reviews and PIM.
• Drive improvements for joiner/mover/leaver processes across applications.
• Strengthen RBAC, least privilege, and identity governance controls.
• Partner with SAP, Security, Infrastructure, HR, Audit, and business teams on IAM initiatives.
• Support IAM and SAP Security audits and remediation efforts.
