Job summary

Pansoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead IAM/IGA modernization for a US-based higher education client. Remote work within the United States, 12+ month engagement, with design, integration and deployment responsibilities.

You will architect enterprise IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, drive Workday-to-Entra provisioning, build RBAC/SoD governance, manage JML processes and ensure secure SSO, SCIM, SAML, OIDC integrations across systems

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise IT architecture or security experience.
• 8+ years of IAM/IGA architecture experience.
• Experience leading 3+ RBAC/IGA modernization implementations.
• Active Microsoft SC-300 certification – Mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Workday.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft identity integrations and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, JML, access governance and SoD.
• Experience with SCIM, SAML, OIDC, SSO and API integrations.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and end-to-end implementations.

Pansoft Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Architect Location: Remote – US Based
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities to join a long-term engagement with a leading US-based Higher Education client.

• Lead enterprise IAM, IGA and RBAC architecture and modernization.
• Design identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of enterprise IT architecture or security experience.
8+ years of IAM/IGA architecture experience.
