Job summary

Everforth Apex is building a greenfield Identity and Access Management (IAM) program in Tampa, FL, with a remote work option. The IAM Architect will design enterprise IAM architecture, lifecycle standards, and governance policies in collaboration with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include integrating SailPoint with Epic, aligning Active Directory with modern IAM practices, and leveraging Workday as the authoritative identity source to automate onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proven enterprise IAM architecture experience.
Experience establishing greenfield identity departments and lifecycle standards.
Strong integration experience with Epic and SailPoint.

Responsibilities

Design the enterprise IAM infrastructure from the ground up and establish lifecycle standards.
Draft and implement IAM policies, procedures, and architectural frameworks.
Lead integration between SailPoint and critical systems such as Epic.
Collaborate with directory services to align Active Directory with modern identity strategies.
Leverage Workday as the source of truth to orchestrate onboarding/offboarding workflows.
Provide strategic, enterprise-level vision and hands-on guidance to engineering teams.
