Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience with IAM tools, provisioning, and access management in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with audit processes and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and de-provision user accounts across mainframe, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Perform user provisioning for security tools and applications per policies.
• Record security event logs and support audit reporting.
• Review access requests and ensure least-privilege, proper approvals.
• Assist audits by providing evidence of access controls and provisioning.
• Support IAM solution planning and improvements.
