Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IAM tools, provisioning, and access management in enterprise environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with audit processes, compliance frameworks, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and de-provision user accounts and access rights across multiple applications and platforms.
• Perform user ID provisioning and access administration for security tools and applications.
• Capture and record security event logs related to IAM activities.
• Review and process access requests with least privilege principle.
• Assist with audit requirements by providing evidence of controls.
• Respond to audit questions and support security improvement initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement IAM solutions and improvements.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify access requirements and resolve issues.
• Document and maintain IAM procedures.
