Job summary
GR8_TECH is seeking a Middle Information Security Access Specialist to scale and secure our employee access lifecycle for a remote-first U.S. operation.
You will own onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and access governance across Okta, AD, and other identity tools, while applying least-privilege and zero-trust principles. You will drive automation via AI-enabled workflows, monitor SLAs, and collaborate with Talent, IT, and engineering to expand the Access Flow platform across corporate
Qualifications
- This role requires hands-on Information Security, IAM, or IT Ops with access management focus.
- Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, and position-change workflows.
- Ability to design and audit Access Profiles and RBAC models.
- Strong knowledge of identity tools like Okta, CyberArk, AD, SSO, and federation.
- Familiarity with AI tools to automate routines and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle access workflows: onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
- Design, standardize, and maintain corporate Access Profiles and RBAC models.
- Monitor SLAs, optimize access request pipelines, and reduce bottlenecks.
- leverage AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and improve documentation workflows.
