Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Mid/Senior Smart3D Administrator to support the Power Generation team across multiple U.S. offices, with a hybrid or remote work option.

The role focuses on Smart3D installation, project setup, drawing management, and reporting within a busy, multinational engineering firm. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience with Smart3D, strong administration skills, and a track record in design support for power projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; 10+ years documented experience.
• 5+ years design/ design experience with Smart3D.
• Completion of Smart3D training (Hexagon/Intergraph or similar).
• 5+ years administration experience with Smart3D.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Smart3D products.
• Set up projects for Smart3D-based power generation projects.
• Set up and manage Smart3D drawings and reports.
• Develop and maintain specifications for Smart3D workflows.
• Provide interop support and Isogen use.
• Contribute to process piping design using Smart3D.
• Collaborate with project teams with minimal direction.
