Job summary

Melospeech Inc. is seeking a passionate part-time Clinical Supervisor to oversee hybrid therapy sessions involving both remote and in-person client visits in Marin, San Mateo, or San Francisco Counties.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid California license, and have at least three years of experience in early intervention. Responsibilities include providing supervision, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families.

Compensation ranges from $75 to $100 per hour for this W2 position.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early intervention or pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to Early Intervention SLPAs and/or SLPs.
• Conduct virtual and on‑site observations of team members.
• Collaborate with therapists to assist families with individualized service plans.
