Olsson is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for its Plano or Fort Worth offices. You will provide high-level technical support, lead complex projects, and mentor staff while coordinating with clients and internal teams. Flexibility in work arrangements is available to promote work-life balance.

The role requires a PE license and 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with proficiency in Civil 3D and site design. Occasional travel to sites and client meetings is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Registered Professional Engineer status preferred or required in TX.
• Minimum 8+ years of related Civil Engineering experience.
• Experience supervising technical staff and coordinating project teams.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
