Job summary

Iris Telehealth in Minnesota seeks a PMHNP to provide compassionate psychiatric care to adults in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) outpatient setting, 24 hours per week, with a flexible Mon–Fri schedule and a hybrid work option.

The role includes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, nursing support for vitals and authorizations, CareLogic EMR usage, 60‑minute initial visits and 20–40‑minute follow-ups, and no on‑call duties, enabling focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in Minnesota.
• Ability to practice autonomously in Minnesota.
• Minimum 2 years prescribing experience post-PMHNP certificate.
• Availability for 24 hours per week, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to adults 18+ in a CCBHC outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Work with dedicated nursing support for vitals, calls, prior authorizations.
• 60 minutes for initial visits and 20–40 minutes for follow-ups, based on acuity.
• Utilize CareLogic EMR and maintain patient care quality.
• No on-call duties.
