• Provides psychiatric clinical services in accordance with applicable standards.
• Conducts comprehensive assessments and monitors progress with evidence-based interventions.
• Works independently and with the multidisciplinary team.
• Completes medical documentation for service provision and billing.
• Provides referrals and coordinates care.
• Participates in quality improvement processes.
• Pursues continuing education courses.
• Participates in credentialing processes (CAQH, MCHP).
• Maintains required accreditations and licenses.
• Maintains Minnesota PMP registration and complies with regulations.
