Relate Counseling Center is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and medication management about one day per week. The position is hybrid with 50% in-office work at Eden Prairie, MN and 50% remote, coordinated with a support team.

Ideal candidates have an MN APRN license, PMHNP certification, and prescriptive authority including DEA registration, with experience in pediatric or adolescent mental health preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Minnesota Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license.
• Current national PMHNP certification.
• Current prescriptive authority in Minnesota and active DEA registration, including authority to prescribe controlled substances.
