Job summary

Oklahoma Baptist University invites applications for adjunct faculty in its hybrid Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) program. The position supports online and on-campus teaching with lab sessions at the Shawnee, OK campus; start dates include Fall 2025, Spring 2026, Summer 2026, and Fall 2026.

The role requires ACOTE-accredited OT credentials, an active OT license in OK or eligibility for licensure, and a minimum of 3 years clinical OT practice plus 1 year teaching.

Qualifications

• OT degree from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current, valid non-restricted OT license.
• OK state license or eligibility for licensure in OK.
• Minimum 3 years clinical OT experience.
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience in OT or higher ed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver courses in a hybrid format.
• Lead in-person lab immersions and experiential learning.
• Facilitate asynchronous and synchronous classroom activities.
• Provide at least 2 hours of weekly office hours.
