Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a mid to senior Java Engineer for a cloud-based customer service platform used by billions of users. You will develop in Java and Spring, work on mission-critical systems, and explore building AI agents to assist coding tasks within a monolithic environment.

A strong desire to learn is required as prior agentic AI experience is not mandatory. The role is remote hybrid with 2 onsite days in Richardson, TX every Wednesday and Thursday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience with Spring Core and Hibernate.
• Angular 2+ experience is a big plus but not required.
• Interest in agentic AI and coding assistants.
