Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field and 1–4 years in solid waste or related environmental industry.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Reviews waste characterization data and laboratory reports for accuracy against regulations and permits.
• Determines waste acceptance at disposal facilities and enforces corporate policies.
• Communicates with customers to clearly address issues and provide timely responses.
• Develops guidelines for specific waste streams and streamlines processes.
• Maintains data in a database and provides research and statistical analyses as requested.
• Travel to company offices within the Northeast for training and operations as needed.
