Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) seeks a contracts professional to support contract administration, compliance, proposal review, negotiation, and customer engagement across government, commercial, and international programs.

You will partner with Program Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and senior leadership to drive compliant, efficient contract execution while balancing risk with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in contracts administration, compliance, proposal support, or related functions in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government contracting.
• Experience level may vary; all levels encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Support proposal and contract review activities for U.S. Government, commercial, and international customers.
• Review, interpret, negotiate, and administer contractual terms and conditions while balancing business objectives and risk.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support negotiations, pricing, contract modifications, and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary point of contact between EBAD and customers for contractual matters and maintain accurate documentation of commitments.
