Job Summary

We are expanding our Psychiatry team with a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who values clinical excellence and comprehensive patient care. You will work within our multi-disciplinary team of over 130 mental health professionals, maintaining clinical autonomy while benefiting from collaborative support.

• Balance of clinical autonomy and collaborative support
• Implement evidence-based psychopharmacology and psychotherapy tailored to each patient
• Minimize administrative tasks to maximize patient interaction and professional growth
• Opportunities for supervisory or leadership roles, clinical training, and quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management

• Maintain timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (MD) from an accredited institution
• Completed Psychiatry residency, including rotations in primary care; additional residencies appreciated
• Active medical license in NY, NJ, CT, FL, or MA and DEA registration
• Board certified in Psychiatry

Additional Skills & Attributes

• 1+ year post-residency experience preferred, but recent graduates considered
• Interest in supervisory roles
• Experience with psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) and outpatient telehealth
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with technology platforms and EHRs

Compensation & Employment Details

Salary range: $220,000 - $300,000. Potential quarterly bonus up to $2,000. Full-time, exempt, remote or hybrid in NYC, supervised by the Medical Director.

Work Schedule

Flexible scheduling with at least four hours per week in evenings or weekends, aligned with your preferences. Operating hours are M-F 8 am-8 pm, Sat 9 am-5 pm. No on-call required, but email responses on off days are expected.

Location Eligibility

Applicants must reside in NY, NJ, CT, FL, or MA. Residing outside these states may impact employment eligibility.
