T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs for part-time hours with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

We are a small but growing in-home ABA provider that prioritizes work-life balance, clinician support, and professional growth. This remote/hybrid role offers flexible scheduling to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being, plus monthly in-person visits and collaborative team support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LARA License.
• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth supervision to clinicians.
• Conduct monthly in-person supervision visits.
• Offer collaborative team support.
• Adjust schedules based on clinical needs.
