Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across Nebraska. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with most work conducted remotely and one required in-person visit per month.

The position emphasizes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with families to advance meaningful clinical progress while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
