Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in HVAC or related field.
• 8+ years in HVAC service or technical instruction.
• Experience delivering ILT and VILT.
• Ability to design curriculum based on learner needs.
• Mentor peers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, control systems).
• Willingness to travel up to 35% for onsite training.
• Work visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers advanced HVAC training for internal staff and external partners.
• Facilitates ILT and VILT sessions on HVAC topics.
• Develops multimedia learning assets (videos, modules, simulations).
• Mentors junior instructors for consistency and accuracy.
• Oversees end-to-end learning programs across modalities.
• Collaborates with engineering, product development, and field service.
• Evaluates program effectiveness using metrics and data insights.
• Manages logistics and budgeting for training initiatives.
