Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent in HVAC or related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in HVAC service or technical instruction.
• Experience delivering technical training in ILT and VILT formats.
• Proficiency with LMS and instructional technologies; capable of curriculum design and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers advanced HVAC training programs for internal staff and partners.
• Facilitates ILT and VILT sessions on HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and control systems.
• Develops multimedia learning assets (videos, eLearning, simulations).
• Mentors junior instructors and collaborates with engineering and product teams.
• Leads end-to-end learning programs across modalities and evaluates outcomes.
