With autonomy, you will drive content, thought leadership, and cross‑functional alignment across marketing, product, and leadership teams to elevate Daikin's position as a trusted solutions partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years of HVAC industry experience.
• Strong history of aligning stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Sales-awareness mindset with ability to influence design decisions.
• Experience translating system-level concepts to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Innovation & roadmap influence for system-level HVAC solutions.
• Translate customer pain points into integrated solutions.
• Serve as HVAC systems SME to guide guidance and standards.
• Engage with customers, engineers, and sales to communicate narratives.
• Support new product commercialization with system integration insights.
• Develop technical content (white papers, webinars, presentations).
• Represent Daikin Applied in industry organizations and events.
• Evaluate new technologies and prioritize opportunities.
• Travel 25–35%, up to 50% in busy months.
