Job summary

Teoresi Group is seeking a High Voltage Battery Design Engineer to support the development of advanced automotive battery systems. This role involves designing high-voltage connection systems and producing manufacturing-ready technical drawings. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and manufacturability. Initially, candidates may work remotely from Italy, with the expectation to relocate to California later in the project. A degree in engineering and experience in automotive battery systems are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive engineering, preferably in high-voltage battery systems.
• Strong understanding of creepage and clearance requirements in high-voltage systems.
• Familiarity with EMC considerations, corrosion aspects and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-voltage battery connection systems, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Produce and release 3D designs and 2D drawings to support prototype builds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility.
