Job summary

Cornerstone Practice Management LLC is seeking a CRM Systems Specialist to build and maintain HubSpot instances across multiple client portals, each with its own pipelines and intake definitions. This hands-on role emphasizes configuration, process mapping, and proactive data governance to support clients’ sales and intake workflows.

You will design workflows, reports, and integrations (Clio, RingCentral, CallRail) while aligning portal setups with each firm’s unique processes.

Qualifications

2+ years working inside HubSpot.
Complex workflow logic: branching, re-enrollment, date-based triggers, cross-object dependencies.
Experience owning integrations between HubSpot and external systems.
Ability to map and document a process before and after building it.
Ability to manage multiple client portals without mixing up context.
Strong attention to process detail and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

Build & Configure: Create and maintain HubSpot workflows across multiple client portals (Sales, Marketing, Operations Hub).
Design lead routing, lifecycle and deal stages, and pipelines for non-standard sales and intake processes.
Build custom reports and dashboards for pipeline tracking and performance.
Configure and maintain integrations between client portals and tools like Clio, RingCentral, and CallRail.
Data & Governance: Keep data clean through field standardization, custom objects/properties, and validation rules.
Audit workflows and data to catch logic gaps, redundant steps, and broken triggers.
Document & Enable: Map client processes, create enablement materials, run training, and communicate status.
