Job summary

Worley is seeking a HSE Supervisor (Rotational Schedule) to lead the North Slope HSE team in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The role involves field leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with operations and client representatives on safety programs.

The position features a 12-hour shift cycle on a 2-week or 3-week rotation, with meals and lodging provided on location, plus transportation from Anchorage to Prudhoe Bay. A strong background in OSHA, AKOSH, and related standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in occupational safety and health or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of prior leadership experience.
• Professional certification such as CHST or OHST, or ability to obtain certification within an agreed timeframe.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by Worley.

Responsibilities

• Lead North Slope HSE Advisor team to ensure field execution and alignment with Worley/client expectations.
• Maintain field visibility through site visits and safety meetings.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs, procedures, and incident prevention processes.
• Coordinate with operations and client representatives on safety plans and compliance.
