Job summary

Worley Group, Inc is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead the North Slope HSE team and ensure safe, compliant operations in Prudhoe Bay. The role coordinates with operations and clients to support risk controls, training, and program improvements in a remote Arctic environment.

The position requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and incident investigation capabilities, with a focus on field execution and continuous safety performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in occupational safety and health or equivalent with 5+ years in OSH/HSE.
• At least 2 years of prior leadership experience.
• Professional certification such as CHST or OHST, or ability to obtain certification within an agreed timeframe.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by Worley.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop North Slope HSE Advisor team to ensure field execution and client expectations.
• Maintain field visibility through site visits and safety meetings with operations and client representatives.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of North Slope HSE programs, training, and incident prevention.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and field verifications to ensure regulatory and client compliance.
• Coordinate with management to strengthen hazard recognition, risk assessment, and safe work execution.
• Support incident investigations and corrective action development.
