Job summary

Headspace is seeking a Temp HR Coordinator, People Operations to support the employee lifecycle, data integrity, and HR administration. The role reports to the Lead HR Generalist and involves working closely with the Provider Activation team for Care hiring, while delivering a high-quality employee experience.

This 3‑month US‑based remote position offers 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate range and a structure that reflects location and experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, with exposure to HR operations and generalist work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and ownership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to close the loop.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ChartHop & ADP a plus) and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead HR Generalist with onboarding, contract extensions, offboarding, role changes, and transfers.
• Coordinate HR administrative tasks ensuring timely execution across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain employee records and data integrity across People systems.
• Serve as a first-line responder for People Ops inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support development of SOPs, process guides, and HR training materials.
