Job summary

Perigon Wealth Management is offering a paid Summer Internship Program designed for college students to gain real-world experience in human resources, compliance, and wealth management. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university (Finance, Business, Economics, or related majors preferred).
• GPA Requirement: 3.0.
• Targeting rising seniors, but must be a junior, senior, or postgraduate.
• Genuine interest in wealth management, financial planning, investing, and client experience.
• A roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude—willing to jump in, take initiative, and help wherever needed.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with an interest in client engagement and collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Onboarding: Start the summer with a deep dive into Perigon’s mission, values, business, and commitment to serving clients.
• Department Rotations: Explore teams that make a wealth management firm successful, including Financial Planning, Investment Research, Client Services, Operations, Compliance, People & Culture, Marketing & Business Development.
• Capstone Project: Complete a meaningful capstone project over the final 8 weeks, researching a business opportunity or challenge and presenting findings to firm leadership.
