Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in behavioral health, housing, healthcare, or homeless/social services.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and maintain boundaries.
• Familiarity with Housing First and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of applications for housing services.
• Collect Housing Verification Letters and monitor submission fidelity.
• Ensure all H2O eligibility determination timelines are met.
