Aisles & Abroad is seeking a Hotel Booking Specialist to research accommodations, coordinate reservations, and ensure accurate details for a smooth travel experience. This fully remote, entry-level role includes structured onboarding and ongoing training to help you succeed.

You will engage with clients, review availability and pricing, and maintain organized reservation records while providing follow-up support before arrival and after stay.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and high organizational ability.
• Comfortable using online booking systems and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and selecting hotel accommodations based on preferences and travel needs.
• Coordinate and confirm hotel reservations, including dates, room types, and guest details.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and property amenities.
• Review booking information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records of reservations and client communications.
• Provide follow-up support prior to arrival and after stay as needed.
