Job summary

EF Language Abroad in Ocala, Florida is seeking a Host Family Recruitment Manager to expand our host family program. You will report to the Regional Director and work with the local team to develop recruitment and outreach strategies, while supporting host families and international students.

This fully remote role is based in Florida and serves the Ocala area. The ideal candidate will engage local communities, create outreach initiatives across social media and events, and manage relationships

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & outreach through phone, email, and social media.
• Represent EF at local fairs and events to raise awareness.
• Serve as primary contact for host-family inquiries and support.
• Conduct home visits to assess suitability and prepare reports.
• Maintain records of recruitment activity and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth homestay experiences.
• Organize host-family appreciation events and on-call support.
