Job summary

Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a Hospitality Revenue Management Analyst to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across the resort’s lodging portfolio. The role requires Opera proficiency and strong hospitality revenue management experience.

The analyst will forecast demand, manage rate plans, monitor channel performance, and support system implementations to maximize profitability. A data-driven, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum two years of experience in hospitality revenue management, reservations, distribution, revenue analysis, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue performance daily/weekly/monthly.
• Manage rate plans across transient, negotiated, wholesale, group, and promotional programs.
• Maintain inventory controls (MLOS, CTA, CTD, blackout dates) and audit rate integrity.
• Oversee distribution connectivity across Opera Cloud, SMS Host, SynXis, and Sabre GDS.
• Support system implementations and provide revenue insights for strategic decisions.
