Job summary
LEGENDS GLOBAL, a premier partner to live events and venues, is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to drive analytics across 40+ amphitheaters. You will partner with hospitality leadership to optimize concessions, pricing, and operations, delivering insights that improve efficiency and profitability.
The role is remote in the USA and supported by Legends Global Insights, with a focus on data integrity, innovation, and best-practice analytics.
Qualifications
- Ability to translate statistical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience using Excel/SQL/R/Python/PowerBI for analysis and visualization.
- Demonstrated data-driven problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Strong communication across levels.
Responsibilities
- Deliver analytics services to in-venue stakeholders across 40+ live venues.
- Develop pricing, product, placement, and promotion strategies for concessions.
- Communicate guest insights and actionable items to leadership.
- Analyze labor and cost of sales data to drive efficiency.
- Support or lead ad-hoc analytics projects as needed.
- Spearhead data integrity and best practices across the team.
