As a Hospitality Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, helping to coordinate guest services, and ensuring all aspects of their stay are handled smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest bookings, inquiries, and reservations, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and any special requests during their stay.
  • Assist in organizing events, meetings, and special accommodations for guests.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure high standards of service are met.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and record keeping, to support operations


Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
